Located on the popular Cambridge side of town close to the edge of town Sainsbury's supermarket and just over a mile distance to the town centre, where there are a range of high street shops where many well known retailers such as W H Smith, Costa Coffee and Iceland are represented plus a twice weekly market.  There is a leisure centre with a fitness studio and adjoining public swimming pool, a multi screen cinema complex, an arts centre, health centre and modern public library.  There are numerous restaurants and fast food outlets and a Tesco, Lidl and Aldi supermarket.  Haverhill also boasts an 18 hole golf course and country park located on the eastern fringes of the town.

This good sized and well proportioned family home offers over 900 sq ft of accommodation spread over the two floors, and benefits from two reception rooms and built in wardrobes to all three bedrooms, the property enjoys a pleasant position facing a small green, with the benefit of the communal parking area to the rear, and there are garages here too which are rented separately via the local authority.  The property is currently rented and achieves a monthly income of ?795, and may be attractive to an investment purchaser, but equally well to families due to the close proximity to local schools and good access for commuters to Cambridge.  We would highly recommend an internal inspection.
