With the benefit of gas central heating and the accommodation comprises entrance hall, lounge running across the rear of the property with patio doors looking onto the rear garden, a good size kitchen open plan to the dining room, three generous bedrooms and bathroom, gardens front and rear

DIRECTIONS:
From the northern end of the High Street in the town centre turn proceed out on Camps Road where the church and market square are on the corner, continue passing the recreation ground on the left and carry straight over the mini roundabout onto Burton End, turn right at the next mini roundabout onto North Avenue and follow the road to the top and where the Queensway turning is on the left almost opposite is Castle Walk on the right hand side, the property is the second property on the right
