"A little more spacious than most properties in the road, this bay windowed Victorian house has three first floor bedrooms and bathroom all with independent access but. is in need of general updating.

With the benefit of gas fired radiator central heating the accommodation comprises lounge, dining room and kitchen to the first floor there are three bedrooms and bathroom. Rear garden

DIRECTIONS:
Accessed from the very southern end of the High Street, Mount Road can be found from our office by continuing along the High Street passing the Iceland and Burtons stores, continue past the town hall and at the T-junction with Duddery Hill on the right, continue straight, immediately passing Duddery Road.  Mount Road is then the next turning on the left, the property is mid way along on the right hand side.

Well located within this popular residential road, comprising mostly terraced houses of a similar nature.  The property is extremely convenient, being just a short walk to many of Haverhill's town centre amenities which include a range of High Street shops with several multiples and independent stores represented and a twice weekly market.  There are Tesco and Aldi supermarkets as well as an edge of town Sainsbury's superstore, other nearby facilities include a leisure centre with adjoining public swimming pool, an arts centre, multi screen cinema complex, doctors and dental surgeries as well as many restaurants and fast food outlets.

Whilst benefitting from gas fired radiator central heating, the property does require general updating including the refitment of both kitchen and bathroom, replacement of the windows and rewiring, as well as redecoration throughout but, the property does remain quite habitable and offers great potential ideally suiting a first time buyer or equally a good investment purchase.
