" Halesworth - 2.8 miles Southwold - 11.5 miles Beccles - 13.2 miles A stunning three bedroom barn conversion tucked away in the village of Chediston located just 3 miles from the market town of Halesworth. Accommodation comprises briefly of: ? Entrance hall ? Study ? Living room ? Kitchen ? Dining room ? Utility room ? Shower room ? Two double bedrooms with en-suite ? Single bedroom ? Garage and workshop ? Large garden ? New bath is currently being fitted The Property As you enter through the front door you are greeted by an impressive entrance hall, a door to the left opens into a study. Steps lead down to the lower hall which provides access to the spacious living room which benefits from a most impressive brick fireplace with a double sided wood burner. Adjacent to the living room is the shower room fitted with shower and cubicle, WC and hand wash basin. Across the hall, sliding doors lead into the large dining room with an opening into the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units, granite worktops, butler sink and LPG gas hob and oven.
