"Situated a short distance from Felixstowe town centre is this semi detached house with two reception rooms, three bedrooms, gas central heating, double glazing and gardens.

This three bedroom semi detached house is situated just one mile of Felixstowe town centre and there are a number of amenities nearby including a parade of shops at High Street.

The property has two good size reception rooms, kitchen, ground floor bathroom and three bedrooms. Along with gas central heating, it has double glazing and gardens.

The front door opens into a hall with access to the sitting room, which has a window to the front, electric fire and door to the dining room.

The dining room has stairs to the first floor, window to the rear and access to the kitchen which has base level units, work surfaces, sink and integrated oven, hob and space for a fridge freezer. There is a window to the side and opening to a lobby which has space for a washing machine and doors lead to the bathroom and garden. The bathroom comprises a bath with shower over, basin and WC.
