"If you are searching for a home in a well served village, want generous gardens and would like the potential to extend (subject to consent) then this property might just be what you are looking for.

Offered for sale with no upward chain, this semi detached house requires elements of updating and therefore provides the perfect opportunity to really make it your own.

The property is located within walking distance of the village centre and all facilities. Woolpit is one of Suffolk?s most picturesque villages and has a very strong and active community. The village offers an excellent range of amenities which include: a superb primary school, doctor?s surgery, post office, modern community centre and recreation areas. There are variety of small shops in the village and 2 public houses.

As previously mentioned the house requires elements of updating, however, it is somewhat of a blank canvas and therefore the perfect opportunity for someone to put their own stamp on it.

On the ground floor the entrance hall provides access to the sitting room, which in turn leads to the kitchen/dining room. The rear lobby has a door to outside and also the cloak room. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The property benefits from gas fired central heating and a new Bosh combination boiler has been fitted this year. There is the further benefit of Upvc sealed unit glazed windows.

In our opinion, due to the generous size of the plot, there is certainly potential to extend the house, subject of course to relevant planing consent.

Outside
A driveway to the front of the property provides ample off road parking space. The rear gardens are of a good size and laid mainly to grass. There is a brick built storage shed and a gate provides access to the front of the property.
