"This exceptionally well located semi detached home would be perfect for a growing family and enjoys pleasant views to the front over a large green area.

If you have been looking for a spacious and well maintained house on the popular western outskirts of the town look no further. The property is extended to the rear with the addition of a useful conservatory and includes enclosed gardens and a single garage.

The house occupies a particularly well served location, close to a parade of shops which has a newsagents, mini market, public house and bakery. There is a regular bus service, into the town centre which is around 1? miles away offering an extensive range of educational, recreational and shopping facilities.

As previously mentioned the property enjoys a very pleasant position facing a large green, interspersed with mature trees. The house has been well maintained by the present vendors and benefits from gas fired central heating, cavity wall insulation and upvc sealed unit glazing.

In our opinion the property has been realistically priced and would be perfect for a growing family or indeed anyone wanting to live in such a lovely setting. There is ample space to extend (if required and subject of course to planning)

Outside
The gardens to the front of the house overlook the green and are enclosed by brick walling. To the side of the house is a productive vegetable plot and a greenhouse. The rear gardens remain fully enclosed affording a good degree of privacy and seclusion. The gardens have been mostly hard landscaped for ease of maintenance and include a timber garden shed and side access to the single garage (both with light and power connected). Finally there is a driveway in front of the garage which provides additional parking.

Directions
From the town centre proceed along Westgate Street crossing over the roundabout into Out Westgate. Continue straight over the traffic lights into Horringer Road. Just before leaving the town turn right into Glastonbury Road. Continue past the school and parade of shops. Continue down the hill turning right into Huntingfield Road then 2nd right into Pembroke Road when the property will then be seen on the right hand side marked by our for sale board.
