"If you have been looking for a property you can really 'put your own stamp on', this semi detached bungalow is bound to be of interest. Occupying a pleasant village setting with countryside views, the property will require elements of updating.

The bungalow is being sold with the benefit of having NO UPWARD CHAIN and our opinion offers great potential, making an early internal inspection highly recommended.

The property is pleasantly located on the edge of the village of Stanningfield enjoying views to the rear across open farmland. The neighbouring village of Great Whelnetham offers a primary school, community centre, and a post office/general store. Both villages have a regular bus service to the charming and historical market town of Bury St Edmunds, which is around 6 miles away, and offers a superb range of educational, recreational and shopping facilities.

As previously mentioned, this semi detached bungalow has been well maintained, but is now ready for some elements of updating, making it something of a 'blank canvass' for potential buyers. The property has mostly upvc sealed unit glazing and oil fired central heating.

The accommodation includes a large sitting room with sealed fireplace, spacious kitchen/diner and 2 double bedrooms - each with built-in /fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has been converted into a shower room. The bungalow is being sold with the benefit of having NO UPWARD CHAIN.

Outside
The gardens to the front of the property are of an open plan design, being laid to lawn and overlooking a small green. A driveway to the side of the bungalow provides parking for a number of cars and leads to the single garage, which has light and power connected.

The rear gardens afford a good degree of privacy and back onto open farmland. There is an additional brick shed an a larger timber shed/workshop again with power and light connected.
