The property occupies an established and sort after location on the western outskirts of the town, close to local amenities and on a regular bus route. The property occupies a pleasant non estate, established location, on the western outskirts of the town. There is a regular bus service into the town centre which is around a mile away and can also be reached by foot and cycle path. The property also lies equidistant between 3 separate parades of shops. Bury St. Edmunds offers a superb range of educational, recreational and shopping facilities. The A14 provides a fast route to Ipswich, Cambridge and London (via the M11)
