The kitchen has a window to the rear, fitted base and eye level units, wood effect worktops with tiled splash backs, stainless steel sink with drainer, integrated oven and four ring hob with extractor fan above, space and plumbing for a washing machine, ceiling mounted spotlights, electric wall heater and tile effect floor. DIRECTIONS IP28 6NY
From the clock tower roundabout in Newmarket proceed up the Bury Road. At the traffic lights turn right towards Bury St Edmunds on the B1056. Continue along this road and through the village of Kentford. Drive under the bridge and onto the A14. Leave the A14 at the junction signposted to Higham. Follow the signs to Higham and the property is located in the middle of the village, on your right.
