"Built approximately 14 years ago, this spacious detached bungalow provides light and airy accommodation complemented by private gardens and a sought after village location. The property benefits from LPG central heating, double glazing and no onward chain. The accommodation currently in brief comprises: An entrance door opening to the entrance hall with built-in cupboards and door to a spacious sitting room

(19'x12') with fireplace, window to front, opening to kitchen breakfast room and glass doors opening to a conservatory (11'x9') enjoying views and door to the gardens. The kitchen breakfast room

(24'x12'), is a light and airy space, fitted with an extensive range of units providing plenty of cupboard space. These are complemented by built-in appliances including an electric oven and hob, space for a fridge freezer, tiled flooring and windows and door to gardens.
