" A semi-detached period cottage situated in a rural location with an attractive outlook over land belonging to Boxted Hall. The property contains two reception rooms, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. To the front is an extensive area of parking for numerous vehicles which in turn leads on to some useful outbuildings including a garageworkshop and garden stores. To the rear are open areas of lawn with an countryside views beyond. 

SITTING ROOM: Containing a wood burning stove situated on a stone hearth. Storage cupboard off and with an opening leading to:-  

DINING ROOM: With plenty of space for a table and chairs and a further feature fireplace. Window overlooking the rear garden and doors leading to:- 

REAR PORCHBOOT ROOM: With space for coats and shoes and a door opening onto the garden.
