The train station runs direct to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich, and the unspoilt Suffolk coastline with the beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are within easy driving distance.

Head out of Beccles centre via Blyburgate. Continue to follow Blyburgate. Take the 3rd left onto Ingate, go straight at the traffic lights and continue onto Lowestoft Rd. After approximately 1 mile turn right into Rectory Lane, then take the 1st left into Suttons Rd. Take the 1st right into Janet Haddenham Close and the property is situated on the left.
