The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network. From Beccles town centre, head south on A145 London Road, turn right onto St Georges Road; continue along passing over the bridge and at the roundabout take the third exit onto High Leas. Continue along High Leas and take a left onto St Benets Drive. Take your second left off St Benets Drive onto All Saints Drive and follow the road round to the left. The property can be found on the right hand side identified by our Musker McIntyre 'For Sale' board.
