From Beccles town centre head out of Beccles via Blyburgate. Take the first left into Grove Rd, follow the road to the bend to the right and turn left onto Old Farm Road. Continue and then take the 2nd left onto Kingston Drive and the property can be found at the end of the cul-de-sac on the left hand side.
