The Property The current owners have created a lovely home which provides good space throughout.  The entrance hall welcomes one into the property with black and white diamond shape floor tiles. The sitting room is spacious with a fireplace which is the focal point of the room with two windows to either side which look out onto the garden. There are two further double bedrooms on the first floor along with a recently fitted wet room. The attic has been renovated to create either another bedroom or study. Location The property is within walking distance to the centre of Beccles, which is a busy market town with many shops, restaurants, schools, pubs and supermarkets. A market selling fresh produce is held every Friday in the town, there is a local bus station which runs a regular service to Lowestoft, Norwich and many of the smaller villages around. The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network.  The train station runs a link to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich, and the unspoilt Suffolk coastline with the beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are within easy driving distance.  

Directions From Beccles Train Station turn left at the small roundabout, follow the road, over the railway crossing onto Grove Road and the house will be found on the right hand side and is marked by our 'For Sale' board.
