The Property

To the end of the hall way is the kitchen, the units were fitted by the current owners in 2013 to include solid wood work surfaces and cream farmhouse style cupboards, there is an inset butler style sink and space for all other appliances. Location
The property is close to the heart of Beccles, a busy market town with many shops, restaurants, schools, pubs and supermarkets. A market selling fresh produce is held every Friday in the town, there is a bus station with a daily service lo London (Victoria) and local daily service to Loddon and regular services to Lowestoft, Norwich and many of the smaller villages around. The Beccles train station has a direct line to London Liverpool Street. The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network. The unspoilt Suffolk coastline with the beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are within easy driving distance.

Directions
Leaving our Beccles office, turn left onto Ballygate and at the end of the road turn left onto St Marys Road. Continue over the traffice lights onto Peddars lane and at the next set of traffice lights turn left onto Blyburgate. After Veewon hairdressers turn right onto Grove Road. Continue along this road over the rail way line and the property is situated on the left side after the turning for Common Lane.
