"This handsome detached period residence is in need of restoration and rejuvenation. Even though the front facade makes you think Coombe House was constructed in the Victorian era, it is believed by the current owner to have much earlier origins to the rear of the property. There are many character features displayed within the accommodation such as high ceilings, sash windows, bay windows in both principal reception rooms, several fireplaces (some blocked and some purely ornate), picture rails, coving, exposed beams, deep skirting boards and a fabulous patterned tiled entrance hall. The floor plan clearly shows the present layout. It offers great scope for modern day improvements. Property Ref: STR170014
