"Occupying a most coveted position within this private road, boasting views across the Stroud Valley to the front and a fantastic open aspect across Rodborough Common to the rear, lies this detached home. The property enjoys spacious and flexible family accommodation, that whilst comprehensive at present offers great scope for adaption if required. Whilst impressive throughout particular mention must be made of the double aspect sitting room. A woodburning stove forms an inviting focal point whilst French doors provide access onto splendid balcony from which views through the tree canopy and beyond can be appreciated. This is further complimented by a sociable family kitchen, fitted with a range of wall of base units and providing opportunity for dining. The centres of Cirencester, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bath, Bristol & Swindon are all accessible as are the M4 & M5 motorways.
