Enjoying an idyllic setting within Balquhidder Braes Holiday Park, this superb detached lodge is let as a holiday home throughout the year and is currently managed by the site and generates an impressive income for the current owners, details of which can be provided to interested parties. The lodge benefits from a preferred elevated plot position with delightful open panoramic aspects. The holiday park is located within Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park which is an area of stunning scenery with an array of outdoor activities and pursuits available. Close by is the entrance to Cycle Route 7, there is an abundance high and low level walks available whilst a number of nearby lochs provide excellent water sports. Road networks also allow ready access throughout Central Scotland.

The lodge was built in 2007 by Island Leisure Lodges who were established in 1989 and have been Scotland's premier manufacturer of quality buildings for many years. The property is of timber construction with performance insulation to all walls, floors and roofs providing a most comfortable lodge whatever the weather. There is low energy glass and imported superior quality doors and windows from Scandinavia. Internally the versatile living accommodation provides "a home from home" and comprises: spacious entrance porch with storage facility, reception hall, superb lounge open plan to dining room and fitted kitchen with French doors to a sizeable and impressive deck area with barbeque facilities. The decking provides beautiful open views. There is a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, two further bedrooms and a second shower room. All rooms are tastefully presented and specification is to an excellent standard which include quality kitchen and shower room fittings, warmth is provided by a gas fired central heating complemented by a gas stove in the lounge. The lodge also benefits from excellent storage facility.

Once in the holiday park, there are signs for Holiday Lodges and Taigh Tamh Ghille is located up the hill on the right hand side."
