Located on the edge of the village of Yarnfield number 31 De Havilland Drive enjoys southerly views across open farmland from the rear garden and in comparison to more recent housing developments has an unusual feeling of space as you approach the property.

The village of Yarnfield is a popular residential village well served by both a local shop, the Labour In Vain public house and a popular school. The larger town of Stone is only 3.5 miles away, from where the A34 provides easy access to Newcastle under Lyme to the north and Stafford to the south. Both Stone and the popular village of Eccleshall which is 4.5 miles away are popular for their wide variety of independent and high street retailers and and also the wide variety of pubs and restaurants.

Number 31 De Havilland Drive is a large family home occupying a good sized plot. The front door opens into and Entrance Hall from where doors open to the ground floor accommodation. The Kitchen overlooks the rear garden and has a stable type door to the side and is fitted with an extensive range of units that incorporate integral appliances.
