"The views from The Homestead are simply stunning and the recently extended and modernised accommodation has been thoughtfully designed to maximise them from all angles. The property is set well back off a quiet country lane and has an abundance of parking including garaging for three vehicles.

The Homestead is immaculately presented having been the subject of a thorough restoration and extension which has created a wonderful family home. At the heart of the home is a large dining kitchen which looks over the surrounding countryside through large windows and doors running almost the full length of the room. Fitted with a superb range of units and work preparation surfaces, the kitchen has been designed with practicality in mind with a separate utility room allowing access from the side of the property.

A central hallway with a striking wood-framed staircase fitted with glass panels links the kitchen to the large family sitting room. Full length timber framed windows flank the entire rear wall of the sitting room with double doors to the side offering access to the rear paved entertaining area. The sitting room has an exposed brick inglenook fireplace with oak mantle which will add not only a focal point to the room but an additional source of heating to the under-floor heating running throughout the ground floor.

Upstairs, the bedrooms and family bathroom are arranged around a galleried landing with four double bedrooms including an en-suite master bedroom. The Master has a vestibule which has been designed for use as a dressing room while the bedroom itself has floor to ceiling windows along its width over the rear garden and beyond. The en-suite is fitted with a shower cubicle with body jet shower, wash hand basin and WC. The family bathroom is fitted as expected with a high quality range of fixtures and modern white suite.

Outside, the brick and tile barn has already been part converted and has full planning permission to develop as a two bedroom cottage.

The Homestead sits in a plot totalling approximately 1.3 acres with enormous scope for landscaping having been levelled by the vendor. The property has two gated entries with intercom access controlled from the house.
