"It's hard not to fall in love with the beautiful south-facing gardens and unique location of Bryher!

This is a property that seems to offer the best of all worlds! It is most definitely ready to move into and enjoy straight away although some owners may derive intense pleasure from altering the accommodation to suit their own particular requirements.

You approach Bryher from Little Lane...which runs between Lightwood Road and Windmill Hill and which is almost a single track road next to Rough Close Common. The property itself has a sweeping block paved driveway, an integral double garage with a remote controlled up and over door and a ground floor bathroom as well as a first floor shower room.

In addition to the three first floor bedrooms there is also a dressing room which really does lend itself to conversion to a bedroom whilst the ground floor dining room could easily be utilised as a bedroom, if that suited the requirements of the next owners.

This property has UPVC double glazed windows as well as gas central heating and it has clearly been well maintained by the present owners.

Properties in this location rarely come to the market and we will be delighted to arrange an appointment to show you round. Please e-mail enquiries@austerberry.co.uk or telephone our Longton office on 01782 594595 to make arrangements.
