"The property stands in a larger than average garden close to the centre of the village, and enjoys views to the front and rear over open farmland. A local primary school, village hall, churches and public houses are all available in the village. Main shopping facilities and other amenities are a short travelling distance away in Cheadle. A local bus service operates through the village, which is ideally located within travelling distance of the main Potteries and North Staffordshire towns. The nearby A50 at Blythe Bridge provides good access to the M1 and M6 motorways. The house has the advantage of a separate living room and sitting room. There is a well proportioned breakfast/kitchen and three good sized bedrooms. The windows and external doors are double glazed in upvc frames and cavity wall insulation has been installed for added insulation. Central heating is from an oil fired boiler to radiators in all the main rooms. There is a double garage and large greenhouse.Although the agents and vendors have not made any specific enquiries of the Planning Department of the Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, the garden at the side may possibly have some development potential.
