"Driving a little way out of town before reaching the county I pulled up on the lane outside this house, then walked to the front door and only got as far as the front step before thinking.....I am going to like this place! It is attractively presented, on a good plot with plenty of space all around as well as a lovely open aspect to the rear, and from the front step it is apparent how meticulously this house has been cared for by the current owners. With accommodation comprising a good size front facing living room, with double doors leading through to the dining room, with further french doors which lead to the conservatory where the pretty landscaped gardens and open aspect can be fully enjoyed. Also on the ground floor are the kitchen, utility and guest cloakroom with access to the integral garage. On the first floor there is a stunning size master bedroom, with built in wardrobes and full ensuite bathroom, there are two further big double bedrooms and a good size fourth. The main bathroom has excellent storage cupboards. The pretty rear garden has been attractively landscaped and of course with only the neighbouring ponies to bother you, it is very peaceful! To the front there is plenty of provision for parking with a fully covered carport and extensive driveway with surrounding well stocked flowerbeds.
