"Badgers Croft has long been regarded as one of the best addresses in Eccleshall and this reputation remains as true today as ever it was. Number 41 Badgers Croft is a smart and well maintained family home that has been lived in by the same family for a several years who are now moving in order to be closer to their childrens' school.

The front door to the property opens into the Entrance Hall which runs straight through to the Kitchen at the rear and also has a door opening to the Sitting Room and the stairs rising to the first floor. The Kitchen was refitted only three years ago and has a good range of integral appliances including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. There is a door from the Kitchen to the Utility Room which has also been refitted with a matching range of units with plumbing for an automatic washing machine. Doors from the Utility open to the side of the property, the Guest W/C and to the Garage. There is also a door from the Kitchen to the Dining Room which is of a good size and has a sliding patio door to the garden and double doors opening to the Sitting Room.
