A traditional two bedroom semi detached house situated in a long established district of town. Accommodation includes bay fronted living room and a good size well equipped dining kitchen with separate utility area and downstairs Cloaks W.C. The first floor has a spacious landing area and two double bedrooms including useful en suite wash room facilities off one of the bedrooms in addition to a family bathroom.
