"A beautifully presented substantial detached family home enjoying a choice corner position on this very popular residential development which is very conveniently situated for the town and junction 15 of the M6 motorway. The accommodation is extremely well planned, it enjoys double glazing, the majority of which is in Upvc, there is gas fired central heating from a condensing boiler. The accommodation is decorated to a high standard and the conscientious owners are very sorry indeed to be leaving their home, but it is only due to work commitments in another part of the country which necessitates the sale. The rear garden, which has a southerly aspect, is very pleasant indeed and will only be appreciated by carrying out an inspection.
