"This delightful property is most enviably situated at the heart of one of Staffordshire's most sought after villages and in particular within the Post Office Rd., Church Rd. Mill End Rd. quarter. Dating from 1911 the traditional style is immediately appealing, standing back from the road behind a fore-garden and having a driveway to the side offering parking. To the rear a short pathway leads to a largely private garden which is principally of lawn and surrounding ornamental boarders. The property would benefit from some upgrading although the spacious dining kitchen has been attractively refitted in the relatively recent past. The reception hall access's, sittingroom, diningroom and dining kitchen with utility/cloaks/w.c. off on the ground floor. whilst the first floor landing leads to two double bedrooms, and box/nursery room

(10'0"x4'10") and shower room. On completion of some thoughtful, sympathetic improvement, this property will significantly improve in value and provide a character home of some individuality. Alrewas offers good local shopping facilities and schooling for children of primary school age together with public houses with eating/dining facilities. Regular bus services pass through the village to Lichfield and Burton on Trent. Commuting to midland centres and access to the motorway network is easy and direct via the A38 which is accessed to the east of the village."
