"No Onward Chain!!! This property is a lovely victorian terraced house with so much more to offer than whats visible from the front aspect. The property has loads of character for such as high ceilings etc. There is a mix of old & modern styles & is tastefully decorated in keeping with the age & type of the property.
 
The house is on the doorstep of Rotherham's biggest attraction Clifton Park which aft a lottery grant is the biggest family attraction around. The Park is across from the house & whatever season it is it is a beautiful view from the living room window. Rotherham town centre is a short walk & local bus & train services are also in the town centre. There is also the leisure complex which is nearby. Local shops are mins away & there are three primary & one comprehensive school close by.
 
There is a working log burner & stunning distressed mantle in the dining room this creates & real cosy feel & a beautifull real wood floor. The kitchen is a galley kitchen there is loads of worktop space fitted kitchen mosaic tiled wall around worktop areas patio doors leading onto patio, a double wall mounted oven (elec) & seperate hob which has 5 rings inc cooker hood (gas) there is also an integrated dishwasher, fridge & freezer & washer space. There is ample cupboard space for storage. The flooring is tiled.
 
The living room is very tastefully decorated & the bay window gives a breathtaking view of the park the centre piece of the room is the stunning fireplace which has a stone effect look & has an elec double stove with real flame affect once again making it a really cosy room.
 
On the first floor is the double bedroom it has another small room off it which is really handy for wardrobe or storage space & again views of the park it also has an old fashioned cast fireplace (decorative only). The second bedroom is a single room although there is ample space for bunk beds. At the end of the corridor is the family bathroom this has a lovely big corner bath & separate shower cubicle with jets wc & sink with vanity units & large mirror with lights.
