Location

Rossington is a well served village lying approximately six miles south of Doncaster town centre and the mainline railway station, which has links to London Kings Cross. The M18, the M180 and the A1 are within reach.

The kitchen also has a heated towel rail, two double glazed windows and an understairs cupboard. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a utility room, which has plumbing for a washing machine and a double glazed door leading out to the rear garden. Moving upstairs to the first floor, there is a landing with loft access. Off the landing, there are three bedrooms (one with a walk-in storage cupboard) and a tiled bathroom, which has a coloured suite comprising panelled bath, pedestal wash hand basin and low level WC, as well as a shower over the bath, a shower screen and an extractor fan.
