"Housetree.co.uk are delighted to bring to market this three bedroom semi-detached house located on a popular residential development on the fringe of Wombwell.

Although a S73 postcode, the estate is along Manvers Way. Very close to Manvers Lake and other residential estates in the developing area. It feels more like Manvers or Brampton in the Dearne Valley area and wouldn't be considered Wombwell by any local residents of Wombwell or Manvers/Brampton.

The accommodation comprises kitchen/diner, lounge and WC. To the first floor are two bedrooms and family bathroom. To the second floor a bedroom with en-suite.

This is a highly convenient location whether you need local shops and services or simply use the property as a base for commuting as the development has good access to major road networks.

The front of the home has off road parking.

The back garden features a generous decking area with astro turf grass and a delightful 'summerhouse'.

Another notable point is that the home backs onto the famous 'Trans Pennine Trail', which provides links to the ever popular Manvers Lake (cafe, golf course and water sports), the RSPB Old Moor nature reserve and Cortonwood Retail Park. All within 20-30 minutes walking distance or even shorter bike ride.
