Location

Wombwell town centre is fantastic having a excellent range of local amenities including shops, bakeries, bars, restuarants and many more. Shops include a Tesco Express, Jack Fulton Frozen foods, Wilkinsons and poundland. There are a range of banks as well. Wombwell also has good schools, doctors and dentists. The property is excellent for travelling with the train station and bus routes close by, and easy access to Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster and Sheffield.

From the front external door you lead into the lounge with neutral decor and laminate flooring. Feature fire place with fire. The nice kitchen area has a good range of wall and base units in light wood with matching worktop and wall tiles. and to finish the room the floor is laminated. Through the small hallway into the downstairs bathroom having the benefit of a 3 piece suite in white with contrasting wall tiles and flooring. On the 1st floor of the property are two good sized rooms both with neutral decor and flooring one with carpet and one with laminate. To the external of this fantastic located property is a small frontage with wall and steps. To the rear is a yard area completely enclosed.

Directions

Leave Stairfoot, Barnsley, onto A633 / Wombwell Lane. In1.5 mile pass through 2 roundabouts, remaining on A6330.8 mile at roundabout, take 4th exit on to Station Road. Turn right on to Smith Street, arrive at S73 0AQ, Wombwell, Barnsley on the left.
