"A most desirable, detached family home full of character and charm. Inside the well presented accommodation is warm and welcoming with some of the rooms boasting fine views over the garden towards Tinto Hill. Accommodation comprises: entrance vestibule leading into a good sized hallway which accesses all ground floor rooms. The bright and spacious living room features a bay window with fine open views and feature fireplace with electric fire. A fabulous open plan dining room/family room and kitchen. The dining area has a lovely bay window to the front with fixed seating which has storage below. The kitchen is fitted with stylish base and wall mounted units, tiled splashbacks to fitted worktops, integrated appliances include a stainless steel gas hob, double electric ovens, dishwasher and fridge. Off the kitchen is a small rear hallway which gives access to a shelved pantry and a laundry room with washing machine and freezer. The gas fired central heating boiler is located here. Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms, one of which is currently used as a study/tv room and bathroom with modern white suite.
