A superb 4-bedroom Detached House in one of the most sought after residential roads in Weston-super-Mare. The property has been completely renovated (including roof) and extended (2015) to a high standard by the current vendor.

Situated a couple of minutes' walk from Weston golf club, the seafront, park and local shops. You can stroll into town along the seafront in 15-20mins.

From the porch, with its tiled floor, you enter a large hallway. Going straight ahead you enter the open plan kitchen/dining room that overlooks the secluded 100ft south facing garden. There is a quality kitchen, marble floor and plenty of room for an American-style fridge/freezer and large family dining table. There is also a storage cupboard for coats, freezer etc.

From the kitchen you access the new extension (£30k 2015). A utility room with sink and a range of storage units. A toilet/wet room with shower. Door into a large garage that has power and remote electric door. Going the other way, you can access the garden via a covered walkway (alongside the garden store).

On the ground floor there is also a dining room and lounge; which has a marble open fire. Through the latter you access the conservatory. This has a marble floor, blue-glass self-cleaning roof and double doors into the garden.

The private, South facing garden, benefits from a garden store (with power), outside electric sockets, tap, three large patio areas and a pergola. Unlike similar properties in the area, the original garage has been removed which provides a much larger, more practical and enjoyable space. It has been planted with shrubs and flower beds and a soft fruit area. There is a pond with a waterfall and plenty of grass areas.

The master bedroom looks out over the garden. Two large built in wardrobes provide lots of storage.
