"A spacious and individual four bedroom detached house, located in a semi-rural location on the edge of the popular village of Staplehay, close to Taunton. The house enjoys a flexible layout, with bedrooms on the ground and first floors, fantastic country views, a garage, plenty of parking and generous gardens to front and rear.

The situation
Sweethay Lane is quiet country lane, with little passing traffic. The house is set well back from the lane itself, behind an established hedge and five bar gate, making it secure and private.
