"We are excited to offer to the market this period style, two bedroom house close to Taunton‘s town centre. Public transport is easily accessible including bus stops and Taunton Station with mainline links to Bristol, Exeter and London. In brief the accommodation comprises entrance hall, lounge, dining room and kitchen. On the first floor are two good size bedrooms and the family bathroom.

LOCATION: Cheddon Road is found to the North of the county town of Taunton. The property is ideally situated for ease of access to Taunton town centre, as well as being just a short walking distance from Taunton railway station. Junction 25 of the M5 motorway is also within easy access.

DIRECTIONS: Proceed out of Taunton town centre along North Street passing over the bridge into Bridge Street. Continue along Bridge Street taking a right turn at the second set of traffic lights into Station Road, follow Station Road past Taunton railway station and proceed to another set of traffic lights; here turn right into St Andrews Road and immediately left into Cheddon Road. Continue for approximately 50 yards where the property will be found on the right-hand side.
