"A delightful three bedroom 1930 s semi detached home, which has been presented to an exceptional standard throughout. The entrance hall has tiled flooring, stairs rising to the first floor landing, under stairs cupboard and doors open to the principal reception rooms.

The living room is situated at the front of the house and enjoys lots of natural light through the square bay window. The extended dining room is positioned at the rear of the house and is open plan with the kitchen. There is another wood burning stove installed in here, with twin skylights overhead and patio doors to the rear garden.

The kitchen benefits from a variety of fitted wall and base units with work surfaces over and an inset ceramic sink. There is a built in oven grill, with four ring gas hob and hood over. There is also an integrated dishwasher and an opening to the utility room, with space for a freestanding fridge freezer and a washing machine. Doors from here open to a downstairs WC and an external door to the side driveway.

The Owners Love The current owners say, The location has been great an easy walk into town, but also so convenient for accessing the beautiful countryside nearby . They particularly love The high ceilings and large windows flood the place with light, whilst the character features give the house a cosy feel. We have put a lot of love into making the garden what it is today. It really bursts into life with colour in the summer! . They will mostly miss The location! Greenway Crescent is such a quiet and friendly street.

Upstairs, the master bedroom benefits from a large window to the front aspect and a feature fireplace. There is another large double bedroom with a window overlooking the rear garden, as well as a third bedroom upstairs. The family bathroom is beautifully finished and has just been fitted with a new contemporary three piece suite including bath with shower over, WC, washbasin with backlit mirror, under floor heating and a towel rail.

George Loves I was blown away by just how well presented the house was inside! It has clearly been so well looked after and cared for by the owners. It really exceeds expectations as soon as you walk through the front door. Having grown up on the adjacent road Salisbury Street , I have a real passion for the area and many fond memories, as it was just a wonderful place to grow up. An absolute must see house!

Outside, to the front of the property there is a driveway to the side of the house, providing off road parking for several vehicles. The driveway leads to the garage, set back, and detached from the house, with an up and over door, with the front half still used for storage and the rear, having been converted to a home office studio space, fitted with a shower room and WC. At the back of the house, there is a lovely private garden with a patio seating area off the dining room, which leads onto the flower garden and lawn.. There is a second seating area at the bottom of the garden beside a timber summer house garden room.
