"A delightful two bedroom terraced house, which is well presented throughout. The house was built in 1987 by Costain Homes and has been in the care of the current owner since 2013. You enter through the front door, with a useful meter cupboard to the left, into an internal porch, which in turn opens to the living room.

The living room is situated at the front of the house and enjoys an attractive outlook over the front lawn and trees in the distance, through a large, double glazed window, which provides lots of natural light. The staircase rises to the first floor and provides a handy storage cupboard beneath. A door opens to the kitchen dining area.

The Owners Love The current owners love the convenience and close proximity of footpaths and walking areas just a short distance from the home. They particularly love the easy to get out into the Blackdown Hills . They will mostly miss the convenience of having a driveway with off road parking and a garage for additional storage which is a real luxury in a smaller home like this. They have also found the ease of access to the town centre and motorway at junction 25 to be very convenient.

The kitchen diner is located at the rear of the house and benefits from a variety of modern fitted wall and base units with work surfaces over and inset stainless steel sink with drainer. There is space for a fridge freezer, washing machine and an integrated electric cooker with a four ring gas hob and hood over. A window overlooks the rear garden and there is space for a dining table as well as a door opening to the rear garden.

Upstairs, on the first floor landing, there are doors to the bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom is a good size double and has a window overlooking the front aspect and a built in double wardrobe. The second bedroom is a single size room at the rear of the house and overlooks the rear garden. The bathroom is fitted with a three piece suite including WC, washbasin, and bath with shower over.

George Loves My first house was almost identical, and it really did feel like home when I arrived! It is the perfect size for somebody living on their own, a couple, or even people with a young child. I also love a good outdoors space and am partial to a good barbeque in the summer months. The garden is a great size, nice and private considering the estate setting and it is clear to see how much the current occupiers have enjoyed the lifestyle this home offers.

Outside, to the rear of the property there is a lovely private garden, which enjoys a good degree of privacy considering the setting. Initially, there is a patio area, which leads onto lawn and is enclosed by timber fenced boarders. A door leads into the back of the single garage with an up and over door on the front, with a driveway providing off road parking for two vehicles.
