THE SITUATION
Laurel Close is situated in the Upper Holway area of Taunton away from busy passing traffic and within a short walk of useful local amenities including doctors surgery, chemist and convenience store. Regular public transport is available very nearby taking you to the town centre which is approximately 1 1/2 miles distant. For those needing to travel further afield there is easy access to the M5 motorway.

THE PROPERTY
Situated in a purpose built block number 8 comprises a first floor flat which benefits from the extensive use of Upvc double glazing whilst now providing scope for some modernisation. DIRECTIONS
Proceed away from the town centre via Fore Street passing Primark on your left and continue for approximately 200 yards to the traffic lights at the end of East Street and turn right into Hurdle Way. Turn almost immediately left into Silver Street and left into Alma Street. At the bottom of Alma Street turn right and follow South Street which leads you to Holway and continue up over Holway Hill into Upper Holway Road then opposite the convenience store turn right into Juniper Road. Follow this road around to the left where the flats will soon be found on the right hand side.

TENURE: Leasehold. The sellers advise us that a 125 year lease was set up in 1984. Verification of the lease and the maintenance charges should be made by legal representation by any intending purchaser.
