"A spacious three bedroom house, which would make an ideal family home. The house was built circa 1975 and has been loved and cared for by the current owners since 2017. You enter through the front door into the spacious entrance hall with stairs rising to the first floor and with doors to the principal rooms.

The kitchen diner is located at one side of the house and benefits from a variety of newly fitted wall and base units with solid wood work surfaces over and inset sink with mixer tap. There is a range of integrated appliances including a four ring gas hob with hood over, high level oven and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is an area with space for a dining table, which enjoys a pleasant outlook over the front garden.

The living room is situated at the other side of the house and enjoys a window to the front aspect and large patio doors to the rear, opening out to the garden, making it a bright and airy space with natural light from dual aspects. The conservatory is currently utilised as a utility area and has doors to the rear garden. There is also a downstairs WC and understairs cupboard off the rear hallway.

The Owners Love The current owners have loved the real sense of space for them to really spread out which has been ideal as a family. They have also found the position of the house to be nice with very little passing traffic and a pleasant outlook to the greenery in front. We will mostly miss our new kitchen, which has transformed that space and where we can now entertain friends and family.

Upstairs, there is a large storage cupboard, airing cupboard and doors to the three bedrooms and bathroom room. The master bedroom is an excellent size with a window to front aspect overlooking the front garden with large, fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom is again a good size double, also with an outlook over front garden and a built in wardrobe. The third bedroom is situated at the back of the house overlooking the rear garden. The bathroom is fully tiled and is fitted with a three piece suite including WC, washbasin, and a bath with shower over.

George Loves I was really impressed with the space this house has to offer! It is perfect for families due to the good sized living space as well as the downstairs WC. The kitchen diner is also very impressive with lots of space and a lovely outlook. However, the double garage is the biggest selling point for me. You rarely see a house like this with such a large garage despite lots of people looking for something with this much garage workshop space. A must see house if you like your cars and or bikes or perhaps need a workshop space.

Outside, to the front of the property there is a garden, which is laid predominantly to lawn and with a path leading to the newly replaced front door. To the rear, the garden is made up of a variety of seating areas and enclosed by timber fencing. At the bottom of the garden is a brick shed and personnel door, which leads into the double garage. There is a single roller door for vehicle access as well as a second personnel door the other side. The garage is fully equipped with power, lighting and a work bench set up.
