Situation Heavens Above is situated in the heart of this small village of Tolland which lies between the Vale of Taunton Deane and the Brendon Hills. Its nearest town is Wiveliscombe which is approximately 4 miles to the south where an excellent range of shopping, recreational and scholastic facilities can be found. Wellington is a further 7 miles south of here providing easy access to the M5 motorway on the outskirts of the town. the County Town of Taunton is within 11 miles of the property where an even greater selection of facilities can be found together with a main line rail link to London Paddington. Description Heavens Above comprises a three bedroom link detached bungalow constructed principally of reconstituted stone with part rendered and colourwashed exterior elevations set beneath a slate roof. Radiator, UPVC door to garden and fine views from three aspects. Shower Room With walk in shower with Triton T40i shower over. Pedestal wash hand basin and low level WC. Radiator and shaver socket. Bedroom 3 With radiator and fine views over the rear garden. Bedroom 1 With radiator and fine views over the rear garden. Bedroom 2 With radiator and view to front. Outside The property is approached over a shared driveway providing off road parking and access to the SINGLE GARAGE 22'x 9'6 approached through a metal up and over door and connected with power and light with window and personal door to rear.
