"Three bedrooms mid terrace house constructed in approximately 1970 and located in the ever popular Galmington area.

The internal accommodation comprises of entrance porch with a door to the open plan living area and stairs rising to the first floor. A door then opens to the kitchen which is fitted with a range of wall and base units with roll edge work surface over and breakfast bar area. Inset sink and drainer, integrated cooker with hob over, space for washing machine and fridge. A door opens onto the rear garden.
