From Taunton proceed in an Easterly direction along East Reach and subsequently into Critchard Way. At the roundabout go straight across taking the second exit across the Obridge viaduct to the Priorswood roundabout. At this roundabout take the third exit to the right, sign posted Monkton Heathfield, and continue along until another roundabout is received, taking the first exit. Proceed along this road taking the second turning on the left into Warres Road continuing straight for approximately 200 yards where the property will be found on the left in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac indicated by the Connells board.
