"A charming three bedroom semi-detached house built circa 1875 in a particularly attractive architectural style, being conveniently situated for Clarks Headquarters/Village and the town's High Street facilities.

The accommodation is neatly presented although could easily be enhanced by some general updating. Reception hall, well proportioned lounge, lobby, rear porch, cloakroom, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, spacious bathroom, cottage style gardens to front, garden to rear with vehicle access to parking area.

LOCATION

The property is conveniently situated being within walking distance of Strode College, Strode Theatre, Crispin School, Clarks Village and the High Street with its good range of shops and supermarkets. Street also offers a good range of sporting facilities including both indoor and open air swimming pools. The historic town of Glastonbury is 2 miles and the Cathedral City of Wells 8 miles.
