DESCRIPTION: Double fronted 1950's end terraced home situated on a level plot and within walking distance of the local amenities. The ground floor comprises a dual aspect lounge with a window to the front and door onto the rear garden, dining room with laminate flooring, kitchen and useful outhouse with power and lighting. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property features UPVC double glazed windows and gas central heating throughout.
