"Are you looking for a good sized property with plenty of potential? This home may be what you are looking for! A three bedroom terraced home that is in need of modernisation, however provides good internal accommodation and an impressively large rear garden.

In brief the accommodation comprises of entrance vestibule and hallway, lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility, w c, three bedrooms and bathroom.

With its double fronted style, the property offers a great layout which can be adapted further therefore making this a mouldable home.

Entering the property is a handy entrance vestibule leading to hallway with stairs rising.
