SITUATION Hoe Farm Flat is situated just over a mile from the village of Wheddon Cross, which has a strong community with a church, primary school, shop with post office, garage, inn, restaurants, hairdresser and a number of small businesses.
 
Wheddon Cross is situated in the heart of the Exmoor National Park. The property is ideally located to take advantage of the excellent opportunities to walk and ride on the open slopes of the moor towards Dunkery Beacon. Nearby there are lovely woodland walks along the River Avill valley, famous for its snowdrops.
 
Wheddon Cross is a short distance from Dunster, a medieval market town, where further village amenities are at hand as well as the famous attractions of Dunster Castle and the Yarn Market. Dunster provides the nearest beach.
