"Delightfully situated in a tree lined avenue in an exceptionally convenient location just moments from the heart of the town and within quarter a mile of the seafront, this beautiful 5 bedroom Victorian semi detached residence offers the perfect blend of period character and modern day living.

Built in 1901,this handsome home has brick elevations under a slate roof with gas fired and double glazed accommodation which has been lovingly and tastefully modernised whilst retaining many period features to include fireplaces, moulded ceiling coving, picture rails and servants bells.

Step inside through the welcoming entrance lobby into a spacoius reception hall which opens out to a breakfast room with its origanal servants bells, range of built in cupboards.The adjoining kitchen is fitted with a modern range of base and wall units with square edge work tops with matching upstands, stainless steel single drainer sink unit with mixer tap, Rangemaster electric range with extractor hood over, American style double fridge freezer, plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher and two double glazed doors to outside. An elegant sitting room features a classic bay window and a marble period fireplace with gas fire, a separate formal dining room again with fireplace and gas fire has double opening glazed doors to a garden room enjoying views over the garden and with door to outside. Staying on the ground floor there is a tiled shower room fitted with a three piece white and chrome suite.

A carpeted staircase from the hall leads to the first floor landing off which there are four bedrooms, two with vanity washbasins and the principal room having a bay window. A second tiled shower room will be found off the half landing and there is a fifth bedroom study which is accessed via an enclosed staircase off the kitchen.

To the front of the property there is a small garden behind a low brick wall with wrough iron pedestrian gate. To the side there is off road parking facilities with double gates to futher area which again can be used for additional parking. The rear gardens has a timber decked terrace off the garden room beyond which is a lawn with raised borders and patio. There is also a useful workshop, covered area and an integeral store.
