"A generously proportioned gas centrally heated and double glazed 2 bedroom ground floor apartment situated within walking distance of the town centre and half a mile from the sea.

The property forms the ground floor of a large semi detached house divided into three self contained apartments with this particular apartment having the benefit of having its own private entrance, garden, garage and parking.

The accommodation in brief comprises; entrance lobby, reception hall with useful storage cupboard, sitting room with open fireplace and double glazed bay window, kitchen breakfast room fitted with a range of base and wall units with roll edge work tops and breakfast bar, stainless steel one and a half bowl sink unit with mixer tap, gas and electric range cooker, integrated dishwasher, tiled floor and double doors to a double glazed conservatory again with tiled floor and doors to the garden. Off the hall is a small utility room with plumbing for washing machine and there are two double bedrooms, one with a bay window and built in wardrobes and to complete the accommodation there is a modern bathroom with shower over the bath.

Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn and garden shed. A pedestrian gate leads out to a large gated tarmac forecourt where there is a garage and excellent parking facilities. One of the other apartments has access over the forecourt to gain access to their garage.
From our office in Friday Street turn left into Park Street and then immediately left between the HSBC Bank and the Wetherspoon. Keep left into Bampton Street and proceed for a few hundred yards where the property will be found on the right hand side just past the right turn into Poundfield road."
